Lucknow, Mar 4(UNI) Members of the Congress legislature party today staged a noisy walkout over the publication of an advertisement by the Uttar Pradesh government criticising the Union Budget proposals.
Congress legislature party leader Pramod Tiwari raising the matter during the Zero hour in the state assembly alleged that the state government had created constitutional crisis by waging a war against the Centre.

Mr Tiwari also said if the advertisement was made by the BSP then their would have been no objection but using government money for the ad was unconstitutional.
