Youth Cong worker hacked to death

Guntur, Mar 3 (UNI) A Youth Congress leader was hacked to death by his rivals at Old Bus Stand here tonight.

Police said the victim K Srinivasa Rao, a history sheeter, came to a hospital in the Old Bus Stand area to see his ailing relatives.

His opponents, who were watching his movements, hurled bombs on him after he came out of the hospital and later hacked him to death with sickles.

Though tension prevailed in the area and the shops were closed, the situation was under control, police added.
