Seven killed, 29 injured in road accident

Bangalore, Mar 3 (UNI) Seven people were killed and 29 injured in separate road accidents last night in Raichur district of Karnataka, police said.

They said four people were killed on the spot and 14 injured in a collision between tractor and jeep at Gorebal near Sindhanur.

In another incident, three people were killed and 15 injured when an accident occurred between lorry and tractor at Niramanvi in Manvi taluk.

The injured were admitted to a hospital, the police added.
