Choudhary to inaugurate National Safet Day function

Chandigarh, Mar 2 (UNI) Haryana Labour and Employment Minister A C Choudhary would inaugrate the 37th State level National Safety Day Function, to be jointly organised by Safety and Health Directorate of Haryana Labour Department and Haryana Safety Council on March 4 at Municipal Corporation Auditorium, Faridabad.

Giving details, an official spokesman said that Labour Commissioner, N C Wadhwa would preside the function while Additional Labour Commissioner (NCR), Mrs G Anupma and Additional Labour Commissioner (Administration), Mr S P Arora would also be present on that occasion.

He informed that besides organising this function at Faridabad, it would also be celebrated all across the state to create awareness about importance of safety among industrialists and labour organizations so that the rate of accidents in factories could be decreased and working place could be made more safe and systematic.

He said that an exhibition of equipments related to environment would be organised in the function.
