Woman set ablaze, mother-in-law, sis-in-law booked
Barnala, Mar 1 (UNI) A woman with severe burns was admitted in the hospital here today in critical condition and police has booked her mother-in-law and sister-in-law for ''attempt to murder'.
Inderpreet Kaur of Sehjhera village under Mahal Kalan police station, who had sustained 100 per cent burns, was rushed to the hospital by her father-in-law Ram Singh.
On the basis of her statement to Judicial Magistrate First class, Varinder Singh Romana, police has booked her mother-in-law Joginder Kaur and Rajbinder Kaur, wife of her elder brother-in-law, under 307 IPC.
