Sintex Industries raise 225 billion USD zero coupon
Mumbai, Mar 1 (UNI) Sintex Industries Ltd has successfully raised USD 225 million Zero Coupon Unsecured Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds 2013.
The funds would be used for its overseas acquisition activities, the Company informed the BSE.
ICICI Bank UK Plc and Silverdale Services Ltd were the Joint Lead Managers to the issue. Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors Pvt Ltd was the Financial Advisor to the issue.
The allotment of the bonds will be made on or around March 12.
