Security tightened at minister's house after bomb threat
Imphal, Mar 1 (UNI) A crude bomb exploded at Manipur Revenue Minister Th Debendra's residence at Khurai Lairikyengbam Leikai in Imphal East late last night, police said here today.
However, no one was injured in the incident, police said, adding that security had been beefed up at the minister's house and an investigation was on to nab the miscreants responsible for planting the bomb.
Earlier, an unexploded bomb was recovered from the minister's residence on February 27.
Another bomb was also recovered from the state arts and culture department office at Imphal East last night, police added.
