Groundnut, its oil rises further: Nigerseed eases

Mumbai, Mar 1 (UNI) The prices of Groundnutseed, its oil rose further on good demand, while Nigerseed eased today on absence of fresh demand from producing centres like Gujarat and Karnataka, traders said.

Groundnut rose by Rs 25 per quintal and its oil shot up by Rs 5 per 10 kg. However, nigerseed became cheaper by Rs 50 per quintal, traders added.
