Electric detonators, fuse wire seized from school

Palani Hills, Tamil Nadu, Mar 1 (UNI) Police today seized 30 electric detonators and fuse wires from a panchayat union middle school at Sappala Naickanpatti village, near here.

Police said the explosives, kept in a bag, were seized from a class room by a police team led by Deputy Superintendent of Police (DySP) Chandra Senan, following an information from the school authorities.

A massive hunt was on to nab the person, who had kept the explosives in the school, police added.
