Ambuja Cements donates Rs one crore towards CM Relief Fund
Shimla, Mar 1 (UNI) Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Prem Kumar Dhumal was presented a draft of Rs one crore by Padam Vibhushan Mr Suresh Neotia, Chairman, Ambuja Cements Ltd. as contribution towards Chief Minister's Relief Fund at Darlaghat in district Solan today.
Chief Minister appreciated the Ambuja Cements Ltd's gesture saying it was a ''a pious service towards suffering and deserving sections of the society''.
Mr Dhumal appealed to the people to donate generously towards the fund so that the same could be utilised to deliver relief to needy and deserving in the hour of distress.
He hoped that donation made by Ambuja Cements would inspire others also.
