Trade volume of Rs 4,696 cr

Mumbai, Feb 29 (UNI) A total of 517 members (2,487 users) participated in trading today up to 1700 hrs and volumes were Rs 4,696 crore (one-way).

There were more than 101,993 trades put through by them. Active trades were high in Soya Oil, Chana, Rape Mustard Seed, Soyabean and Guar Seed.

Yesterday, 511 members (2,443 users) participated in trading and put through more than 70,252 trades. The volume for the whole day trading till 11.55 pm was Rs 2,666 crore (one-way). Active trades were high in among others Chana, Pepper, Guar Seed, Soya Oil and Rape Mustard Seed, a NCDEX release said.
