Interesting facts about the annual Budget

Yes, the Budget time. And it has some interesting facts linked to it. (gfx in) The annual budgets have always been presented before the Parliament on the last day of the month of February which naturally translates into it being February 28, apart from leap years when the date shifts to February 29 like this year.
