Delhi's march towards Summer continues, Mercury rises to 31.4 deg
New Delhi, Feb 29 (UNI) Delhi's march towards Summer season continued today with the mercury rising to 31.4 degrees Celsius.
It was another hot Sunny day for Delhiites as the maximum, continuing its rising trend since the past couple of weeks, rose to 31.4 degrees, from 30.5 degrees yesterday.
The minimum was recorded at 10.7 degrees, one degree below normal.
The warmth in the air was likely to persist over the coming days with weatherman forecasting a rise in maximum temperature to 32 degrees and in minimum temperature to 12 degrees tomorrow.
The Met office have forecast a mainly clear sky in Delhi during the next 24 hours with likelihood of mist in the morning.
