Brit Indian curry chef gets his tastebuds insured for 1m pounds!
London, Feb 29 : A Britsh Indian chef incredibly popular for his curries has had his ultra-sensitive tastebuds insured for a whopping 1 million pounds.
Sanjay Sigat utilizes his ultra-sensitive palate to provide flavour to his dishes, consumed by millions of pub-goers every year.
The 39-year-old has worked for some of London's top restaurants and is currently employed by Authentic Food Company, which supplies curries to pub chain JD Wetherspoon that sells 2.5million a year.
According to a JD spokesman, Sigat are so popular that he deserves to get his tastebuds insured.
"Sanjay's curries are incredibly popular. He's a great chef so it's no wonder he's had his tastebuds insured," The Sun quoted the spokesman, as saying.
