Sintex to raise $300 million via FCCB
New Delhi, Feb 28 (UNI) Sintex Industries Ltd today said it is in the process of raising about 300 million dollars (including 75 million dollars in green shoe option) in the form or Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds.
The company has appointed ICICI Bank UK Plc and Silverdale Services Ltd as the joint lead managers, said a statement.
The bonds are proposed to be allotted on or around March 12, it added.
