Nine doctors to try their luck in Nagaland polls
Kohima, Feb 28 (UNI) Altogether nine doctors and 12 lawyers are contesting the March 5 Nagaland Assembly elections to become legislators.
State Election department sources said here today that as many as nine MBBS candidates are in the fray for the polls as different party and Independent candidates and 12 law graduates are also contesting the upcoming Assembly elections.
Besides, there is one M Phil, four MSc and 18 MA candidates.
One B Tech (Mining), Three BE, one veterinary doctor (BVSc), two B Ed, 67 BA, four BSc, two B Com, three B Th and Civil Engineering (Diploma) candidates are also in the fray, the sources added.
