Flesh trade racket unearthed, 7 girls among 11 held
Lucknow, Feb 28 (UNI) The Uttar Pradesh capital police today claimed to have busted a flesh trade racket and arrested 11 people, comprising seven girls and four men, in connection with the crime.
The accused were nabbed from Shiva Shukla's house at Jankipuram in Madiyaon area and another house in Ghazipur colony late last night, police said.
A diary has also been seized from the arrested girls that included the names of various politicans and senior police officials in the contact list.
Meanwhile, a sub-inspector has also been suspended for being hand-in-glove into the crime.
Investigations are on.
