Shiv Sena organises march on Marathi Day
Mumbai, Feb 27 (UNI) The various wings of Shiv Sena organised a march from Siddhivinayak Temple to Rabvindra Natya Mandir in central Mumbai on the occasion of 'Marathi Day' today.
The 'Marathi Day' march was held on the occasion of litterateur V W Shirwadkar alias Kusumagraj's birthday.
Lokadhikar Samiti Mahasangh, Bharatiya Kamgar Sena and Bhartiya Vidyarthi Sena had organised the event in which thousands of people marched, according to an official release.
Eminent personalities from all walks of life also participated in the rally, the release added.
