Night temperature remains low in Punjab
Jalandhar, Feb 27 (UNI) The minimum temperature continued to stay low in Punjab after a short spell of warm nights.
According to a Defence spokesperson, the minumum temperature recorded at Admapur Air Force Station, near here was 5.8 degees Celsius.
The night temperature in the holy city of Amritsar moved down to 6.4 degrees Celsius, while at Halwara Airforce station near Ludhiana it settled at 6.6 degrees Celsius.
In Pathankot, the minumum recorded was 9 degees Celsius, whereas, in Bathinda, it was low 7.8 degrees Celsius.
The Defence Met Section has predicted fog, mist and haze in the morning and fine to fair weather during the day in the next 24 hours.
