Huma Khan arrested in rape and kidnapping case
Mumbai, Feb 27 (UNI) Bollywood actress Huma Khan was today arrested on alleged charges of kidnapping, rape and criminal intimidation.
Inspector Bharat Jadhav of Mira Road police station said here today that a twelve-year-old girl was working as a maid servant in the house of the accused at Bhayendar in neighbouring district of Thane.
The accused and her younger brother Samir had taken the victim to Pune, where Samir had allegedly raped the minor with the help of the former.
Cases of rape, attempt to murder, kidnapping and criminal intimidation were registered against the actress.
