BGR Energy bags Rs 793 cr turnkey BOP project
Mumbai, Feb 27 (UNI) Country's biggest EPC large power plant contractor, BGR Energy Systems has been awarded a Rs 793 crore turnkey project by Andhra Pradesh Power Generation (APGENCO) for execution of Balance of Plant (BOP) for the 1X500, Stage VI-Unit XI Kothagudem Thermal Power Station.
The work will include design, EPC of mechanical, instrumentation and civil works to be executed over a period of 26 months, a release said.
The APGENCO contract is the Company's fourth in 500 MW capacity coal-based power project with its current order book standing at Rs 3,715 crore, the release added.
