Union Minister's son 'kidnapped'

Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh, Feb 26 (UNI) Police tonight received a complaint alleging Union Minister of State for Coal Dasari Narayana Rao's son had been kidnapped.

Police said the Minister's daughter-in-law, Ms Susila, lodged the complaint saying her husband Prabhu was kidnapped from the lodge where they had been staying.

She said Prabhu was taken away from the lodge after she and their son were locked up in the room.The family had come here on February 24 to meet their relatives.

Police have launched investigations into the case based on the complaint.
