One killed, another injured in train accident
Rajkot, Feb 26 (UNI) One person was killed and another seriously injured when a speeding tanker rammed into the Veraval-Jabalpur passanger Train at an unmanned railway crossing near the Virpur-Jatalsar junction here today.
The accident occurred at around 1245 hrs, Railway sources said.
The deceased was yet to be identified. The seriously injured person was shifted to Junagadh civil hospital, the sources said.
The train was delayed by about three hours following the accident, the sources added.
