Naxalism may enter Kerala: Home Minister
Thiruvananthapuram, Feb 26 (UNI) Kerala Home Minister Kodiyeri Balakrishnan today told the state Assembly that there was a possibility of naxalites infiltrating into the state and expanding their activities in it.
In a written reply to Mr B Babuprasad (Cong), he said the intelligence wing was keeping a vigil in the wake of information to this effect.
Mr Balakrishnan said 24 hawala cases were registered after the Left Democratic Front (LDF) government came to power.
However, the source of such money and its use could not be traced, he added.
