Life imprisonment awarded to four in abduction case

Jamshedpur,Feb 26 (UNI) The court of district and sessions judge has given life imprisonment to four accused in a kidnapping case of two school childern in 2006.

The court of Raghuber Dayal yesterday sentenced Vinod Kumar Pandey, Vijendra Prasad Singh, Ravi Kant and Pramod Pandey under section 364 a/34 and fined them of Rs ten thousand each.

Mohit and Rohit Agarawal-- the two cousins were abducted on July 7, 2006, when they were coming out from Narbheram Hansraj school after it got over.

The kidnappers took them to Ghatshila from where the police later found them.
