HC Thiruvananthapuram Bench not feasible: CJ
Kochi, Feb 26 (UNI) Kerala High Court Chief Justice H L Dattu today ruled out the possiblity of a High Court Bench in the state capital Thiruvananthapuram as the full court had decided this was not feasible and possible.
Addressing a press conference here, Chief Justice Dattu said the demand for the Thiruvananthapuram Bench was an old one and had been turned down by his predecessors also.
The Chief Justice informed that a national workshop on 'Techniques and Tools for Enhancing Timely Justice' will be inaugurated on February 29 by Former Supreme Court Judge K T Thomas at the High Court Auditorium.
