GPL to hive-off BOT projects to Gayatri Infra
New Delhi, Feb 26 (UNI) Construction firm Gayatri Projects Ltd (GPL) today said its board has approved hiving off investment worth about Rs 125 crore in built-own-transfer (BOT) projects to its unit Gayatri Infraventures Ltd.
''We will hive off investment worth about Rs 125 crore in built-own-transfer (BOT) projects to our unit Gayatri Infraventures Ltd,'' a company statement said.
The decision to hive off is to raise funds for further investment in BOT projects, the statement added.
