Two brothers die after falling into water pit

Kochi, Feb 25 (UNI) Two boys drowned in a water-logged pit at Kalady near here today, police said.

The two brothers were identified as Irfan (6) and Imran (4), police said.

They were suspected to be playing near the pit of a brick kiln when the mishap occurred.

The bodies were recovered and handed over to the family members after post-mortem, police added.
