Three held for unauthorised entry into airport
Chennai, Feb 25 (UNI) Three youth, including a ground staff of the Paramount Airways, were arrested on the charge of preparing fake documents and attempting to gain entry into the domestic airport here.
Airport sources said Samir Ali (23) and Ganesh Raja (24) had to attend an interview at the airport for the post of Jet Airways ground staff. The duo, without purchasing an entry ticket, approached their friend Manikandan (24), working with Paramount Airways.
Manikandan prepared a manual boarding pass in the names of the duo to gain entry into the airport. However, the CISF authorities grew doubtful and handed them over to the airport manager. The airport police then arrested the trio and lodged them in the Puzhal central prison.
