Probe against Chhattisgarh judge
Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh, Feb 25 (UNI) The Chhattisgarh High Court today ordered an inquiry against an additional sessions judge who granted bail to the prime accused in an abduction and attempt to murder case but denied bail to the co-accused.
While hearing a plea, Justice Lalchand Bhadu ordered the probe against Judge P K Dave posted in Durg district's Balod.
Justice Bhadu also forwarded the petition to Chief Justice Rajeev Gupta.
