Opto Circuits acquire Criticare Systems for $70 mln
New Delhi, Feb 25 (UNI) Opto Circuits India Ltd today said it has acquired US-based Criticare Systems Inc for 70 million dollars.
The Bangalore-based company is into technology oriented Opto electronic industry and its range of products includes, Pulse Oximeters, Pulse Oximeter Sensors, Fluid warmers, Cholesterol monitors and recently Stents.
Criticare Systems Inc manufactures vital sign monitors, anesthesia monitors and pulse Oximeters.
