Omaxe wins bid for Rs 1,200 cr Chhattisgarh township

New Delhi, Feb 25: Realty major Omaxe Ltd today said it has won a bid to develop a township in Chhattisgarh worth Rs 1,200 crore in Chhattisgarh. ''We have won a bid from Naya Raipur Development Authority to develop a township worth Rs 1,200 crore,'' a company statement said.The project will include residential and commercial buildings, a hotel and a 18 Hole Golf course spread over 400 acres of land in Raipur, it added.
