HP Government allots 11 mini hydel projects

Shimla, Feb 25 (UNI) The Himachal Pradesh Government today allotted eleven mini hydroelectric power projects worth 37.80 MW to different entrepreneurs, an official spokesman said.

The agreement has been signed for Suil-II (five MW) and Kunda Sanjoy ( fiveMW) in Chamba district, Uppar Manglad (five MW), Sartu (2.40 MW), Nogli-I (two MW), Nogli (three MW), Rajpur (4.50 MW) and Todsa (3.50 MW) in Shimla, Chachot (3.50 MW) in Mandi district, Sailan (1.50 MW) and Chaunda (2.40 MW) in Kinnuar district, he told UNI here.

The spokesman said all these projects have been given to the private participants for development.
