Court relaxes bail conditions in Marad case
Kochi, Feb 25 (UNI) The Kerala High Court today relaxed the bail conditions of two accused in the Marad carnage case in which eight people were killed in 2003.
Justice R Basant clarified that the accused could stay together.
The judge made it clear that the trial court need not insist on valuation certificate of the property shown by the sureties and it could execute the bail bond on the accused swearing affidavits and other documents.
The accused Abdul Latheef and Sakher had filed the application for relaxing the bail conditions.
