Teledata Informatics to raise up to Rs 500 cr

New Delhi, Feb 21 (UNI) Software firm Teledata Informatics Ltd today said its board has approved raising up to Rs 500 crore through the Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) route.

Equity shares to will be issued to Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB), said a statement.
