RSS mouthpiece editor Tarun Vijay resigns

New Delhi, Feb 21 (UNI) Mr Tarun Vijay, Editor of RSS mouthpiece 'Panchajanya', has resigned from his post.

The Panchajanya editor, who was brought into the BJP, was under the RSS 'scanner' for quite some months. He put in his papers yesterday and has been relieved, informed sources said.

Mr Vijay, who was in the reckoning for the Rajya Sabha nomination by the party, would continue to be a Director in the Dr SP Mukherjee Research Foundation headed by senior BJP leader Kedarnath Sahni, the sources added.
