Rape charges booked on security personnel in Haryana
Chandigarh (Haryana), Feb 21: The Chandigarh Police on Thursday booked two Haryana Police personnel, part of the Haryana Governor's security team, and another person on charges of raping a 40-year-old woman.
The two security personnel - commandos Vijendra and constable Dinesh of the Haryana Armed Police - were posted on security duty at the Haryana Raj Bhawan. Both have been arrested. The third accused, a guest of constable Dinesh, is a resident of Rohtak district in Haryana is still absconding. It is said that charges of rape have been booked on three and the victim has been sent for medical examination.
The victim, a resident of Mohali town is the mother of five children.
