Key witnesse in anti-Sikh riots case deposes before CBI

Chandigarh, Feb 21 (UNI) One of the key witnesses in the 1984 anti-Sikh riots in Delhi, Surinder Singh, today recorded his statement at the CBI office here.

The CBI team led by DSP SS Kishore from Delhi, recorded his statement.

The former union minister Jagdish Tytler is facing a CBI probe in an anti-Sikh riot case.

A granthi at Gurdwara Pul Bangash in Delhi during the November 1984 riots, Surinder Singh had initially deposed against Tytler before the Nanavati Commission.
