JJ Institute's applied art exhibition concludes
Mumbai, Feb 21 (UNI) The week-long ''JJ Institute of Applied Arts Commercial Art Exhibition'' that displays the work of over 400 students concluded here today.
''The exhibition was the culmination of year-long work done by students from the first to final year in various fields of commercial art that include copy writing, poster making to 3-D imagery and animation,'' lecturer and exhibition-in-charge Prof V D Salami said. ''All our year's work gets condensed in the exhibition. Following the institute's 73 year old tradition, outstanding projects were awarded gold medals and certificates by the college.
Advertising agencies and organisations like the Commercial Artists Guild also gave out prizes and certificates to the best works.
