Development of old buildings in clusters: Deshmukh

Mumbai, Feb 21 (UNI) Maharashtra Chief Minister Vilasrao Deshmukh today said the government will develop old buildings in the Metropolis on a cluster basis.

An announcement to this effect was made by Mr Deshmukh after addressing a meeting at Mantralaya.

He said the rules and regulations in this regard would be drafted within a fortnight and work on developing the old buildings in cluster format would start.

The meeting was attended by bureaucrats and legislators from the city.
