Debt-ridden farmer commits suicide in MP
Chhatarpur, MP, Feb 21 (UNI) A 32-year-old debt-ridden farmer has committed suicide at this district's Sunahara village, police said today.
Keshari (32) hanged himself to death on his village's tree yesterday. Villagers said the victim owed huge debts to moneylenders.
Coincidentally, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister announced a relief of Rs 5,600 crore to state farmers in Kisan Mahapanchayat in the state capital yesterday.
