CHD to develop plot in Haridwar, expects revenue of Rs 100cr

New Delhi, Feb 21 (UNI) CHD Developers Ltd today said it has entered into a agreement to develop a plot of about 2.5 acres in Haridwar and expects to generate revenue of Rs 100-105 crores out of the project.

The company is planning to construct a residential cum commercial complex with a total saleable area of about 2,75,000 square feet, said a statement.

The company is expects to complete the complex in two years.
