Businessma dies of heart attack after income tax raid

Rajkot, Feb 21 (UNI) A businessman, dealing in transport business, today died of a massive heart attack at Okha in Jamnagar district when he saw a team of income tax officials arriving to conduct a search operation at his premises.

The deceased was identified as Tayab Gani Pasta (65), a report from Jamnagar said.

The Team of Income tax officials had arrived at Okha to conduct search and survey operations on members of the Sarvodaya group, the sources said.

After the tragic incident, the income tax officials stopped the searches, sources said.
