Gangster beheaded by two other gangsters

Kancheepuram, Feb 20 (UNI) A Chennai-based gangster was beheaded at Adanur near Mannivakkam in Kancheepuram district of Tamil Nadu today.

Police said Ezhumalai(28), who hailed from Oorapakkam in the district, went with two other gangster friends of his to consume liquor in a casuarina grove at Adanur. During the conversation in an inebriated condition, Ezhumalai had a heated argument with them. Enraged over heaps of abuses from him, the other two beheaded him.

Efforts were on to trace the accused.

A case had been registered and investigation was, underway, police added.
