Son awarded death sentence for killing mother
Kishanganj, Feb 19 (UNI) A Fast Track court today sentenced to death a person for killing his mother.
Court judge Jhulanand Jha found Mohammed Afsar of Sakuntala village in the district guilty of killing his mother and awarded him capital punishment under Sections 302 and 201.
According to the charges, the convict had killed his mother by slitting her throat on February 14, 2007 following a personal dispute.
