Groundnut, its oil down, Nigerseed up

Mumbai, Feb 19 (UNI) Prices of groundnut and its oil were down on lack of fresh demand even as Nigerseed went up today on fresh demand from producing centres like Gujarat and Karnataka, traders said.

Groundnutseed fell by Rs 25 per quintal and its oil eased by Rs 50 per 10 kg. Nigerseed shot up by Rs 50 per ten kg due to good demand.
