15 passengers injured in bus-tractor collision

Jayankondam, Feb 19: As many as 15 persons were injured when a bus in which they were travelling collided with a sugarcane laden tractor at Variyangkaval, near here early today.

Police said the private bus was on its way here from Senthurai, when the mishap occurred.

The injured, after first aid at the Government hospital here, were reffered to the Thanjavur Medical College hospital, police said.
