Two sisters killed by domestic servant

Ludhiana, Feb 16 (UNI) Two aged sisters were allegedly stabbed to death by their domestic servant in Chankeya Khurd village in the district last night, police said today.

According to the police, the servant, Ramu, a migrant labourer, who was hired a month back, absconded with all the valuables after killing the two sisters, Bhupinder Kaur (65) and Aman Kaur (60), with a sharp-edged weapon.

Both the sisters were unmarried and used to live with their brother but he was not at home last night.

The police has registered a case against the absconding servant.
