One killed, three injured in gas cylinder explosion
Balasore, Feb 16 (UNI) One person was killed and three were injured when a cooking gas cylinder exploded in a house in Malisahi area of the Manikhamba village in Balasore district.
All the injured were admitted to the district headquarter hospital yesterday here with serious burn injury.
Police identified the dead as the house owner Abdul Rauf.
The injured included his son Sk Abdul Sayeed, his daughter-in -law Fatima Bibi and the gas delivery boy Surjit Jena.
Police said the incident occurred yesterday when the house owner was testing the cylinder soon after it was delivered.
Police investigation was on.
