Murthy appointed acting VC of Mysore University

Bangalore, Feb 16 (UNI) Prof T C Shivashankara Murthy has been appointed as the acting Vice-Chancellor (VC) of Mysore University.

In an official notification here today, Karnataka Governor Rameshwar Thakur, who is the Chancellor of the University, said Prof Murthy would assume charge from tomorrow until a full time VC was appointed.
